From our Little Chalfont office turn left onto the A404 and follow the road under the railway bridge. Take the fourth turning on the left into Stony Lane, continue down the hill and across the crossroads into Latimer Village. Continue towards Flaunden for approximately two miles and at the crossroads just past the Green Dragon Pub turn right (signposted Chenies). Continue for approximately half a mile and at the small triangular green turn left and the property is the first house on the right hand side.
The pretty village of Flaunden consists largely of period cottages and houses plus village church, hall and two public houses. The villages and towns of Bovingdon, Chorleywood, Little Chalfont, Chesham, Amersham and Rickmansworth are nearby, offering food halls including Tesco, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. Chorleywood and Chalfont stations provide Metropolitan and Chiltern Line rail services to Baker Street, the City and Marylebone, while Hemel Hempstead, with service to Euston, is also within easy reach. M25 (Junction 18) and M1 (Junction 8) motorways are all readily accessible.
