Richard Watkins MNAEA

Richard has been with Robsons since the Amersham office opened in 1991, becoming an Equity Partner in 2004 to oversee the Buckinghamshire end of the Robsons Partnership with James Page.  He has personally been involved in the appointment of every member of staff and knows that the team is why Robsons has always been at the forefront of property transactions in this area.

Richard has an unfailing belief in the value of independent business being able to provide the most personal and tailored service.


James Page MNAEA

James has spent his Estate Agency career in the Independent sector, favouring the opportunities available for autonomous development, in stark contrast to the corporate style within the industry.  

Having started his career in Gerrards Cross during 2000, James subsequently joined Robsons in 2008.  Sharing in the company ethos, attention to customer service & detail, he swiftly made his career intentions known and joined the partnership in 2013.

During his career, James has voluntarily studied and passed industry exams and is proud to be affiliated with the NAEA and Property Ombudsman.


Mark Howson

Mark Howson has been with Robsons since 2008 and has been based in the Northwood office from the start of his career.

Mark initially started as a part time member of staff working weekends and progressed to become an equity Partner now heading the Northwood residential sales office. Marks friendly approach and consistence advice along with his experience in the Northwood market is a key part of the continued success of the Northwood sales operation. In his spare time Mark is a keen golfer and avid traveller often found exploring exciting destinations around the world.



Simon Blitz is an Equity Partner of Robsons and Head of Office at Moor Park. Simon also takes responsibility for the operational aspects of the Lettings Accounts & Management Department assuring excellent customer service standards to an increasingly demanding market place.

Simon also Heads up our sales team at our Moor Park Office selling some of the finest homes in the South East of England. He has been pivotal in the expansion of our lettings department over the last few years, helping to build complementary business streams in a highly competitive property market. 

Simon has lived and worked locally all his life and prides himself on the service he offers to our clients. Outside of the office he has many outdoor pursuits including sailing and clay pigeon shooting.


Mark Howman
Consultant Director (Rickmansworth)

After nearly forty years in private practice as a solicitor dealing with domestic conveyancing Mark has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field.  Mark is better placed than most to understand and tackle the variety of issues that can delay or cause a transaction to fail.

Mark qualified in 1980 and until 2014 he was the senior partner of his own local practice with a branch office in Central London.  We believe that Mark can offer a unique insight and support to our clients working directly with the solicitors in a chain to ensure wherever possible that exchange of contracts can be achieved at the earliest opportunity.

Away from the office Mark enjoys fishing and travel and has been a member of Sandy Lodge Golf Club for over 10 years.


Neil Ret

Starting his career in 1986, Neil has worked in a number of companies within North West London. This has enabled him to gather a wealth of experience within the industry, from residential sales, to land acquisition and new homes.

Neil joined Robsons as an equity partner in 2007 with the opening of the Pinner office, building the business into a successful and profitable operation. Now based at the new Chorleywood office, he deals with a wealth of private and high net worth clients selling some of the most prestigious properties in Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Outside of his professional work, he is a proud grandfather, an avid sportsman and plays cricket for Chorleywood Cricket Club, County Cricket for Hertfordshire and is a member of Northwood Golf Club.


Daniel Young

With over 20 years of local estate agency experience, Daniel Young is an equity partner and head of office at Robsons Pinner. Daniel takes responsibility for the day to day running of this hugely successful branch and prides himself on delivering unrivalled customer service and support to the local community of which Daniel is an integral part. Having grown up in the area and attended local schools Daniel currently resides in Pinner with his wife and young family. Daniel is also proud to hold directorship positions at Rickmansworth sales and Robsons residential lettings and away from work is a keen golfer and member of the highly regarded Northwood golf club.


Shirley Wells MARLA

Shirley is renowned in the Middlesex and Hertfordshire areas as an ARLA qualified Lettings Professional having extensive and a highly respected knowledge of the complexities of the Lettings Industry with a key focus on Customer Care, attention to detail and promoting high standards whilst guiding Landlords and Tenants through the lettings Journey. Having gained over 20 years experience in the Lettings working for Corporate and Independent Companies has provided for a wealth of knowledge, insight and Expertise in an evolving and growing PRS.


Michael Snooks
Senior Partner

Michael Snooks Senior Partner, joined Robsons in 2000 and became an equity partner over 11 years ago. He supports all aspects of the business as well as heading up the Land & New Homes.

Michael lived in Northwood for 35 years until moving out to Buckinghamshire with his family.
