Robson’s took the time to understand our requirements so that we knew that when they called with details of a property that it would be suitable for us and worth viewing. This was a welcome change from many other agents who either didn’t call (meaning we had to find out about a property on their books from Rightmove or Zoopla) or who did telephone but often with properties that didn’t fit our requirements.
